For the well-being of a community, it is necessary to have shared values that guide the behaviour of the members of such an institution. The community without values will not function to its full potential. Values should reflect who we are. We should be asking ourselves: "what is important to me?" and live our lives accordingly. Living by specific values, keeps us focused on what is good and helps us live a meaningful life.
We introduced eight life applicable values at Watersong Learning Centre to be the best version of ourselves; as Teachers, Learners and Parents.

Respect: We treat others the way we would like to be treated.
Unity: We know that there is great strength in Unity. When there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
Excellence: We are open to new ideas and methods, and willing to adjust to constant change and growth.
Honesty: If you plant honesty, you will reap trust. If you plant goodness, you will reap friends. If you plant humility, you will reap greatness.
